Please read the terms and conditions of us carefully before using this website. Your use of this website is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms of use. The 'Privacy Policy' of Universal Trip Solutions . is intended to provide the users of this website the terms associated with the usage and protection of all the personal information that has been collected from them. By 'personal information', we mean any kind of information that can be associated with a particular individual. This includes his/her Name, Address, Telephone No., E-mail Id, Credit Card No. and other such details. Note: In case, the tour includes any flight or train booking. The full amount for the fare of train and flight will be required.

Booking Policy:

30% of the total tour cost is required to process the bookings, which can be made by a credit card or bank transfer. The 100% amount is required at the time of booking of tickets for train or flight. Balance amount is required on arrival in India or starting of the tour by Cash, credit card or Indian Bank DD.

Note: Advance amount can be paid by Cash / Bank Transfer / Credit Card. Each Credit Card payment will attract the surcharges @ 3%.

Cancellation policy in India (Inbound and Domestic Clients)


- Bookings cancelled before 60 days from date of travel. 10% of total tour cost will be deducted.
- Booking cancelled between 59-45 days, from date of travel, 20% of total tour cost.
- Booking cancelled between 44-30 days from date of travel, 30% of total tour cost.
- Booking cancelled between 29-15 days from date of travel, 40% of total tour cost.
- Booking cancelled between 14-7 days from date of travel, 50% of total tour cost.
- Booking cancelled in less then 7 days, there will be no refund.
- Flight and train tickets cancellation will be as per flight or train cancellation policy.

Note: 5% service charges and any bank charges will not be refunded in any case, if booking cancelled any time after confirmation of arrangements.

Refund Policy :-

Any refund will be processed only after 15 days after receiving the written cancellation request.
Important Note:
We do not guarantee any visa approval. Visa approval or rejection is totally depend on Embassy. In case of visa rejection, any cancellation or loss of booking or any amount loss, ARV will not be responsible and client will have to bear that cost.

Note:
"As per our booking policy, we require 30% advance payment for tour and 100% for flights or train tickets. Please deposit the payment to our company bank account only. Any payment deposited to any personal account, Universal Trip Solutions will not take any responsibility for booking or any services. Any communication done on any personal email I'd apart from our company email I'd or any payment deposited to any personal bank account, company will not be responsible for any booking or services. So please do not response on any personal email I'd and do not deposit any payment to any personal bank account."
